Next, up, download and install the Android SDK Platform Tool on your PC. This will provide you with the necessary binary files. Also, download and install the Samsung USB Drivers onto your PC. Finally, download the Lineage OS 18.1 on Galaxy Note 9: Download Link. If you want Google Apps as well, then download the Android 11 GApps file.
In the spirit of moving custom ROM development along for the 2019 Galaxy Tab A 10.1 [SM-T510], here's a build of LineageOS 19.1 I just created based on the latest OEM stock firmware and @AndyYan's latest LineageOS 19.1 GSI. It's very much a work in progress, but it should hopefully help blaze the trail for even more custom ROMs for this tablet.
Despite what the opening line of text in the topic says, the logged output suggests that they are actually building 14.1, not 15.1 or 16.0. @OP: In case you weren't doing so already, I strongly encourage you to stick with 14.1 for starters. Actually advancing the port from 14.1 to anything newer will require a whole lot of work.
i tried flashing back Lineage OS 9 from backup but it would not boot up and is soft-bricked i can only boot into download mode and only twrp-3.1.1-2-dreamlte.img works, all other's fail to boot (just freezes on TWRP logo and sometimes flickers black as it re-trying)

According to the Android 11 Go Edition Device Setup Guide, starting with Android 11 all smartphones with 1GB or 2GB of RAM must use Android Go Edition. Although this tablet has 3 GB of Ram Memory, this tablet has a technology of 10 years ago. I believe that the Android 11 Go Edition can run in a responsive way with minimal lag.
