16 posts · Joined 2011. #1 · Jul 21, 2013. I have a Ceed SW Estate 3 Automatic. At about 40,000 miles a problem suddenly occured with the automatic gearbox. It was as if the drive would not disengage causing a stall. Apparently the flywheel was the problem & it was replaced under warranty.
it could be a easy problem or a whole gear box and take months to fix. and if its not had n e oil car is running on its last legs!. what did ur pal say the gearbox might be. if its had no oil and its making funny noises id definitely trade it in and let some1 has fix it!
